House-call grooming means the groomer comes inside your home β€” no van, no cages, and no stressful salon setting. We set up a small grooming area (usually in the kitchen, bathroom, or laundry room) and handle the full groom from start to finish.

We currently serve Nassau County and Northern Queens, including Great Neck, Manhasset, Roslyn, Port Washington, Garden City, Bayside, Douglaston, Whitestone, and nearby towns.

3. How should I prepare my home for a grooming appointment?

All we need is:

  • A well-lit area with an electrical outlet and access to warm water.

  • A towel, if you have one handy.

  • Your dog nearby.

  • We bring all professional tools, dryers, and grooming equipment.

4. How long does a typical groom take?

Depending on size and coat type:

  • Small breeds: up to 2 hours

  • Medium breeds: up to 2.5 hours

6. Do you groom cats?

Not At this time, please check back because it is already in our future plan.

7. Do you work with anxious or senior dogs?

Absolutely!
This is our specialty. Our gentle, one-on-one method is ideal for senior, anxious, or special-needs dogs who don’t do well in noisy salons.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle.
Payment is due after the appointment.

10. What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to accommodate other clients.

11. Are you insured and certified?

Yes β€” Serenity Grooming is fully insured, and our groomer is Pet CPR and First-Aid certified with over 15 years of grooming experience.

12. Do you offer recurring appointments?

Yes! Most clients schedule every 4–8 weeks to keep coats healthy and mat-free. Regular clients get preferred scheduling.
